Volkswagen Corporate Marathon - relay

Would you like to be part of the event but think that you can?t run the full distance by yourself? Then find 3 other runners and take part in the Volkswagen Corporate Marathon (relay) and enjoy the fantastic feeling of running for a team.

Corporate running gives you the opportunity to share a special, motivating experience with your colleagues, friends and competitors in a non-working environment.

This event is open to everybody (see ?Eligibility? below). Teams registering early enough can have their logo printed on their start numbers.

Every registered team has the opportunity of taking part in the regular training sessions that are supervised by the experienced coach, Miloš Škorpil!

Winners will receive their awards at the Gala Evening held in the Hilton Hotel, Prague. Your invitation to the award ceremony is included in the registration fee.

Gala evening

The prize-giving ceremony is part of the Gala Evening that will be held in the Hilton Hotel on [May 20th, 2010, 7pm] (Hotel Hilton, Grand Ballroom, Pobřežní 1) and the best runners in both categories - teams and individuals - will receive attractive awards. All guests will enjoy a great evening, with plenty of entertainment, music and delicious food and drink.

Eligibility

The race is open to private and state-owned companies, NGOs, sport clubs, leisure activity centers etc. There will be 4-member women's, men's and mixed teams. At least one member of each team must be a member of the organization under whose name the team runs. All runners must be at least 18 years of age.

Personalized start numbers

The size of your logotype for the start number should not be bigger than 10 x 7 cm (w x h), the print resolution should not be lower than 300 dpi and a 1:1 ratio. You can send the logotype files in ai, eps, cdr, pdf, tiff and jpg formats. CMYK color code in one layer is required. Text of your logotype should be converted to curves. Only teams who register 1 month prior the race can have their logo included on the start number.
