A list of basic information about the forthcoming Half Marathon

When does the race start?

The Hervis Prague Half Marathon starts at 12am for individuals and teams and at 12:10pm for relay runners. The race takes place on Saturday, 28 March.

How do you access the start line?

Both the start and finish lines are on Jana Palacha Square by Rudolfinum. To access the start line and the Expo, take the metro A line to Staroměstská station. Click here for more information on public transportation on the day of the race.

When and where do I pick up the number?

You can pick up your starting number at the Half Marathon Expo.

What does the technical service area look like?

Where do I get the chip?

You can pick up the chip at the Expo after you pay a refundable deposit of CZK 500/ EUR 20. The chip will be placed on your start number. Once you finish the race, you can reclaim your deposit at the same place where you paid.

What if I have not received the confirmation letter?

Bring the confirmation of your entry fee payment or the confirmation of the bank transfer (the payment order will not be accepted as evidence of payment) and send a note to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it that you have not received the confirmation letter.

How do I find my spot in the corridor?

Follow your start number when looking for a spot in the corridor. There is a numeric sign in all corridors. Runners are allowed in their corridor based on their corresponding numbers.

Refreshment points

All refreshment points are on both sides of the course. The refreshment points will be located at the km 5, 10, 15 and finish. The refreshment will be available in the following order: PERSONAL REFRESHMENT | DRINKING WATER | ENERVIT ISOTONIC DRINK | TEA | BANANAS, ORANGES. Fruits will be provided at 10 km and at the finish.

Please throw your empty cups to the side of the street so as to not endanger any of the other competitors. Please, do not throw any cups, bottles, finisher blankets or any other trash into open water. Toilets will be available at the end of each refreshment point.
