Adopt a tree

Also you have the unique opportunity to contribute to improvement of Czech landscape by registering online at the Prague International Marathon website. Your EUR 8 (CZK 200) will support the planting of a tree on your behalf.

Everybody who adopts a tree will receive an original certificate by email and also a photo of the alley after their tree is planted.

Motivation

Not everybody can actively participate in environmental protection and tree planting. But everyone who is not indifferent to the fate of our landscape and environment in towns can help. Through grants, resources from all donors are transparently distributed to projects for renovation of roads, greening of gardens in playgrounds and municipal squares, or for planting of bio-corridors that are necessary for animal migration.

Thanks to the support of hundreds of small and bigger donors the impact of the programme Tree of life has multiplied and after nine years of its existence it can be proud of dozens of thousands of planted trees.

We aren’t proud of cultivating only trees. What we consider most important is that planting often cements the relationships within a club, school or a group of friends who care about what the surrounding of their place of residence looks like and who are willing to participate in a positive change.
