Our office is open on week days from 9am till 5:30pm. You can come to register for a race, the Running Club and pay the start fee. We will give you detailed information if you need.

In 2012, the traditional races will take place in the following dates:

• 31 March - Hervis Prague Half Marathon
• 13 May - Volkswagen Prague Marathon
• 8 September - Mattoni Prague Grand Prix

The team run is the feature of PIM where every member of the team runs the entire track. The final ranking is determined by the total time of all three/four runners of the team. Additionally, the finish time of each runner is included in the result list for individuals.

The relay run is designed for 4-member teams when each of the members runs only part of the race - the first three run 5-km section each while the last one (the team captain) runs 6.0975 km in the Half Marathon and 10 km + 12.195 km in the Marathon.

The Czech Marathon Club membership is voluntary and free! However, the membership entitles you to a number of advantages, including a discount on starting fee. You become a member if you mark the appropriate spot in your registration form and participate in one of the PIM main races.

You can make the payment in cash on delivery or through a bank transfer.

The Hervis Prague Half Marathon and the Volkswagen Prague Marathon are races designated only for runners 18+ years old.

The younger runners can attend the Mattoni Prague Grand Prix (above 15) and all non-competitive runs.

On-line registration  must be done by the Tuesday before the race.

The start numbers are assigned based on your personal records you have submitted in your online application.

If you receive this message, your payment has failed because:

• the given card number, validity or control code is incorrect
• you have insufficient funds on your card
• the payment has been rejected by the bank or the card company

After half an hour from a failed payment, log into your account and in the order (in its details) choose again "pay back". If you do not see the item or the payment is still not successful, make a new registration and select a different type of payment.

There are no qualification criteria for the race. Entering the race is every runner's own responsibility. You do not need doctor's approval to register for the race.

Yes, the non-competitive runs are open to children under 15. These runs are open to all age categories.

At least one person on the team must be a member of the organization he or she is representing; mixed teams and relay teams are allowed. The team/relay team is comprised of 4 runners (3 for Grand Prix).

Registration on the day of the race is not possible for Hervis Prague Half Marathon and Volkswagen Prague Marathon. For Mattoni Prague Grand Prix registration is possible until 4pm. Registration is limited and may limit the plant to be closed prematurely.

The Hervis Prague Half Marathon

• Yes, you can pick it up at the Expo between 8 and 9am

The Volkswagen Prague Marathon

• It is not possible to pick up the number and the bag on the day of the race!

The Mattoni Prague Grand Prix

• Yes, you can pick it up at the Expo before 7pm

The logotype size placed on the start numbers should not be bigger than 10 x 7 cm (w x h) and the print resolution should not be lower than 300 dpi and 1:1 scale. You can send the logotype files in the following formats: ai, eps, cdr, pdf, tiff and jpg. We require the CMYK color system and one layer. The text should be curved. Only registered teams who send the logo no later than 1 month before the race can have their logo placed on their start numbers.

Start numbers are allocated only if you have paid the entrance fee. You did not receive start number because of:

• partially paid order
• entered incorrect e-mail address

Yes. You can change the members of your team and their order through the online registration system. This change must be done by the Tuesday before the race.

Start bag will be handed over to runner in Expo before race on base of confirmation e-mail with start number and ID (document with photography).

If driving by car, we recommend you to use the Park and Ride facilities located by the metro stations and take the metro to reach the start area.

Due to traffic restrictions on the day of the race, we do not recommend taking your car downtown as the center of the city will be closed. Go to traffic for more information.

In case you find problems in the score sheet, please, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. It will be very helpful if you also include your name and surname and your approximate finish time.

NOTICE! Deadline for submitting changes to the score sheet is 1 week after the race. The official results will be closed after this date and no other changes will be taken into consideration!

Only the official start bags from the Expo will be accepted at the luggage deposit.

PERSONAL BAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

If you have large luggage, we recommend to leave it at home, in the hotel or use the specialized luggage deposits (at railway stations, for instance).

The chip is returned immediately after the race in exchange for a medal. No chip, then no refund! The chip can also be returned to our office.
