Basic information
Prague is full of amazing and wonderful sights - all you have to do is decide which one to see first! A great place to start is the Old Town Square, which has existed since the 11th century and is full of wonderful cafes, horse buggies, and amazing architecture - including the towering 14th-century Tyn Church and the Old Town Hall with its famous astronomical clock. Then, there is the Charles Bridge, lined with glorious statues, market stalls and street musicians, that is a lovely place for a nice stroll.

Watching over the city, Prague Castle with St. Vitus Cathedral nestled in it, is a high-point when visiting Prague. (Make sure to see the Mucha stained glass window.) Then, take a moment to see the Jewish Quarter, the Art Nouveau throughout the city, and the Lennon Wall on Kampa Island.
And, still there is more - visit Wenceslas Square, one of the pivotal political points for the Czech Republic throughout the years. Then, check out the Museum of Communism and Havelska Market, a wonderful open-air market.

After all that sightseeing you might try several of the delicious varieties of Czech beers served in the numerous pubs in the Old Town while checking out Prague's classical to contemporary music scene with Mozart, Jazz, Reggae, Punk and more.
